PLEASE NOTE: All items are shipped via Canada Post or Federal Express.
Canadian customers: Ontario residence pays The Provincial and federal taxes. Other provinces and territories will be charged only the Federal tax.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any questions, or are not sure about anything as it relates to our product, please feel free to call or email us. Any of our products we ship is BRAND NEW our Pro Ion detox machines come with a full 12 month warranty and our Bawell Ionizers come with a full 60 month manufacture warranty. The warranty covers any defects in the products. The warranty does not cover damage that might come from your unit having come in contact with water or other liquids spilled on it, or if the unit was dropped and thus damaged. The Buyer is responsible for shipping any product back to us. Upon inspection, if the unit is found defective, reasonable reimbursement of return shipping charges will be made.
Returns are only accepted for defective units. We will ship out a replacement, or repair your unit, and send it back to you. The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to us, pending inspection.
Warranty
12 Month Warranty on the Pro ion detox Machines
Green Apple warranties the
Pro Ion Detox Spa against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a product defect Green Apple will repair or replace your
Pro Ion detox machine without charge. Pre-notification to Green Apple is required. Another Spa can be arranged for you immediately to prevent any business interruption.
Arrays are not covered under warranty as they are a disposable item, and for sanitary reasons (manufacturer defects excluded) Contact us, if for any reason a new array does not work.
This warranty does not cover failure or damage caused by accident, abuse, alteration, lightning, misuse, or deterioration due to exposure.
Alkaline ionized water machine warranty
The Green Apple Canada offers a full 5 year manufacture warranty on all Bawelll ionizers against all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a product defect Green Apple will repair or replace your Bawell Ionizer. Pre-notification to Green Apple is required. Another Ionizer can be arranged for you immediately.

The Green Apple Canada does not disclose any personal information obtained from you to anyone else. We do not give, sell or rent your name, address, phone #, email address or any other information in our data system to any other sources.
Recommendations
Ion cleansing is considered to be safe for almost all individuals except those who have a pacemaker or any form of heart regulator. If you are in that category, DO NOT purchase an ion cleanse machine, it is not known what the affects the machine could have on a pacemaker or similar equipment.
As with any form of system detoxification, lifestyle choices are a factor, as well as the environment you live and work in. Cleansing is more effective when performed on a regular basis.
It is very difficult to have a set schedule for everybody to follow because everyone is different. For example, a person that has never done any kind of cleanse in their lifetime probably has a much higher level of old built up toxicity and it most likely will take longer for him/her to detoxify.
In that case adding an alternate cleansing program at the same time could certainly speed things up. People, who are exposed to toxic chemicals on a daily basis, either at work or at home, could benefit from cleansing regularly.
Toxicity is affected by chemical exposure, environment, diet as well as your own metabolism.
